Ukraine’s growing fleet of middle-range drones isn’t just hunting Russian supply trucks along the key logistical routes in eastern and southern Ukraine.

The A.I.-assisted drones are also hunting the trucks that come to fetch the damaged supply trucks. The drone double taps are indicative of Russia’s growing problems along its main supply routes.

There have been at least two double taps in recent days. The 1st Azov Corps hit a supply truck on the M-14 or H-20 highway around Mariupol in southern Ukraine on or just before Monday.

“Ukrainian territory must be free of Russian forces,” the corps stated. “The surest path to achieving this is pushing the ‘sanitation zone’ for enemy logistics closer to Russia itself and occupied Crimea.”

Around the same time, Ukrainian drones hit a Ural truck and the REM-KL wrecker sent to retrieve it on the H-21 just outside Donetsk in eastern Ukraine.
