Perpetua is focused on little things like reusability of Ukrainian drone interceptors, almost certainly because he's focused on the cost of producing Shaheds vs. the cost of destroying them. If that cost is lopsided in Ukraine's favor, to the point where they only lose one and a fraction $3000 interception drone to take out a Shahed, that really leaves the Russians stuck with a bad investment, to the point where they will be still manufacturing new factories to produce an expensive drone that's easily knocked out of the sky.
